Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our collector support team will respond within 2-3 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Include the RMA number on your package and ship to:

Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Refunds: Please allow additional time for international payment processing
Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the collectible value and ensure authenticity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened T-shirts (due to hygiene reasons)
- Damaged packaging that affects collectible value
- Items modified or customized after purchase
- Products without original packaging and tags
Note: All returns must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Exchange Policy
